Planned Preventative Maintenance will reduce overall service costs through regular, pre-planned attention. This will check the current status of a system and minimise both the likelihood of it failing and the impact of any breakdown. Also seasonal variations are taken into account, and tuning control strategies are evaluated, datalogs analysed and input/output devices checked.

However, there could always be the unexpected. Palcon Energy Services are always on call to cope with remote interrogation of faults via high speed communications link or, if necessary, emergency attendance. Depending on customer contract, guaranteed response times are available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
