Regular Maintenance

Planned Preventative Maintenance will reduce overall service costs through regular, pre-planned attention by extending the lifecycle of your systems. Regular check on the current operational status of a system will minimise both the likelihood of it failing, or the impact of any breakdowns. By evalutaing and tuning controls strategies, taking into account seasonal variations and analysing datalogs and historic information we can ensure systems operating correctly, efficently and to its designed specification.

Remote Support / Breakdown Assistance

The best planning always involves preparing for the unexpected. Palcon Energy Services are always on call to provide remote assistance or interrogation of faults via dedicated off-site remopte access systems, using various connectivity methods to fit your requirements such as VPN, 3G and 4G routing.

If necessary, emergency attendance can be provided and depending on customers needs, service level agreements are available offering guaranteed response times up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ongoing Support

Our engineers can also provide ongoing site specific training and support for your personnel to familiarize them with the capabilities of their Building Management System. Should there be changes to your buildings design, layout or usage, we can also make recommendations for improvements, system upgrades, refurbishmants or new energy monitoring and saving technologies which we feel will be beneficial or make your system operate more efficiently.
